Register today, and we'll order your Embodied Posture book, which will arrive directly at your doorstep! In the online course, you will have access to the 100-page yoga training manual and begin self-pacing through Modules 1 & 2 of your training. Module 1, Embodied Posture, includes yoga anatomy reading assignments, online posture breakdown videos, and practices. Module 2, Defining Yoga, introduces you to yoga philosophy, true self/false self, and what it means to explore wholeness in Christ. The sooner you register, the more time you have to complete these modules at your own pace. Weekly live calls begin the week of September 28, 2026, and trainees will have through January to complete their practicum. Live Zooms will take place on Mondays, 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm MDT (4:30 PDT/6:30 CDT/7:30 EDT), and Thursdays, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm (10 PDT/12 CDT/1 EDT) for 12 weeks. Cost $2,199 Online Only.

Hybrid Training: Online Training + In-Person Training Retreat, November 5-8, 2026 in Colorado.

In addition to the online schedule above, you are invited to an in-person immersion training retreat with our amazing training team on November 5-8, 2026, in Parker, Colorado. Expect daily trauma-informed yoga practices, soul care, and workshops curated for 200-hr. trainees. Enjoy a weekend away with the best yoga community and leave feeling refreshed and inspired to serve your community at home. Cost is $2,699 for Hybrid Training. Early bird pricing discount of $100 before August 1st. Discounted hotel rates & options for room & rideshare. Trainees are responsible for transportation to the hotel training facility.
