Small Group Coaching + Book Club

starts April 28th, Mondays @ 1:00pm MDT

Katie will lead an intimate Group Coaching Program focused on Emily P. Freeman's book, How to Walk Into a Room: The Art of Knowing When to Stay and When to Walk Away. Through soul care practices, reflection, and intimate conversation, we will embark on an honest exploration of how to approach the beginnings and endings in our lives, as well as the inevitable waiting periods in between. Katie's approach is always Christ-centered, compassionate, insightful and with the intent on helping women approach their unique, sacred path with more courage, curiosity and joy. We will meet every week for 8 sessions, starting Monday, April 28, 2025 at 1 pm MDT (12 pm PDT, 2 pm CDT, 3 pm EDT). Registration is limited to 6 participants. Cost is $25/session for 8 coaching sessions. You can pay $200 for the entire 8-week coaching session or $50/month for 2 months.  Questions: [email protected]

Description: Our Woman's Grief Circle has the frame of curating a safe space for sharing your story. It is a sacred place for us to heal together as we witness each other in this season of grief. A place for every woman to belong in a compassionate community of sisters. Each gathering brings a new theme with a refreshing design of soul care practices for healing. This Circle allows space for women to have an experience with "hope" while walking through grief. Come as you are ~ With your pain and suffering, any type of loss, sorrow, death, trauma, tragedy, or shattered hearts. Just as the Mystics suffered, or the Fathers and Mothers in the faith experienced their own grief, it is together we invite the Presence of God, spiritual practices, and somatic modalities to bring intimate healing through the Holy Spirit. It is with contemplative compassion and honest suffering that we can naturally and organically share our grief through; empowerment in truth, embraced in tender love, and enlightened with honest hope. We invite you to come as you are; to be seen, heard, held and loved in this soul circle together

What to bring:  Bible, journal, water, coffee, tea, yoga mat, blanket, blocks, & an open heart to receive and be seen.
