Here's the syllabus. Our journey begins with a special opening workshop led by Rev. Clare and Scott Loughridge, authors of Spiritual Rhythms for the Enneagram. The Enneagram is not the destination. It is a window - a companion for the journey toward greater freedom: freedom to love God more deeply, to love our neighbour more compassionately, and to receive ourselves with greater grace.
What if God is already speaking through the quieter movements within you, a deep peace, a growing restlessness, a persistent longing? This is not a personality course. This is spiritual formation embodied, unhurried, and held in community. Over ten months, we will move together through Spiritual Rhythms for the Enneagram: A Handbook for Harmony and Transformation, integrating the wisdom of head, heart, and body through contemplative practice, embodied spiritual disciplines, and community. Expect transformation in your relationships, and see the imago dei in yourself and others.
