RYS 300 Advanced Yoga Leaders Certification Program

Yoga teachers, are you interested in embodying your faith through a contemplative Christian yoga journey? Do you want to expand your yoga teaching skills beyond a traditional class context? Are you interested in developing a trauma-sensitive approach to leading? Our Living Soul training team is made of the most experienced & excellent yoga teacher trainers, yoga therapists, spiritual directors, life coaches, and more! Living Soul offers an online (with retreat option), a year-long RYT 500 certification program accredited by the Yoga Alliance.

How do you earn an RYT 300 advanced yoga teaching certification through Living Soul Institute? 

First, you have options!  Our training is set up in modules for you to truly integrate what you are learning and apply it to your teaching. You can earn your certification fully online or enjoy an in-person training experience called the Teacher Tune-up. For those who cannot travel, we provide an online Teacher Tuneup self-paced option. 

300-HR. ONLINE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING: We offer a combination of live Zoom calls, in-person training, OnDemand yoga practices, meditations, required books, self-reflection papers, and final projects that demonstrate learning and teaching proficiency.  Our live Zoom workshops are either on Tuesdays from 11am - 1pm MDT and some Sunday afternoons from 4-6pm MDT (all recorded). To be eligible for the 300-hr. certification you will need a 200-hr. yoga certificate.
