Want to teach more in private settings? This module is focused on empowering you as a Christ-centered yoga teacher to build resilience in all areas of life. This then fuels our growth and capacity to live out our faith and God's call on our lives to live and move confidently and to spread that encouragement, love, and hope to others. We will do this together, in authentic community, through a deep dive into the power of mindset, the bio-psycho-social-spiritual model of pain, and practical movement modalities, cueing, and hope-filled language. Our time together will be interactive, collaborative, and most of all, focused on ways to make these foundational concepts practical for you as an apprentice of Christ and yoga instructor. Ultimately, you will gain insight as to how to cultivate a greater cup of resilience for yourself as well as feel more equipped to walk alongside others in their pain and discomfort, whether that is physical, emotional, or spiritual.(40 CEUS).

Embodied Living w/the Yamas & Niyamas (starts March 6, 2025)

Yoga means yoke or unite. The Unity Study is a transformative, 10-week book (The Yamas & Niyamas: Exploring Yoga's Ethical Practice by Deborah Adele) and Bible study for those interested in putting their faith into action and becoming bridge builders in a divided world. Jesus said John 17:22-24 AMP:  "I have given to them the glory and honor which You have given Me, that they may be one, just as We are one;  I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected and completed into one, so that the world may know [without any doubt] that You sent Me, and[that You] have loved them, just as You have loved Me."  Expect 10 Live 1-hr. Zoom discussions (Thursdays 11am - 12pm MST) w/LSI Lead Trainer & Christian Life Coach, Katie Pearson. In the online course, you will have access to weekly themed yoga classes, meditations (welcoming prayer, lectin divine, examen, imaginative prayer, breath prayer, etc.), devotionals & reflection questions to help you integrate and embody the call to unity.
