At Living Soul, our Christ-centered Master Teacher Training deepens both your teaching methodology and your spiritual formation. Guided by experienced faculty, you will grow into a “movement optimist” through the study of applied anatomy, movement and pain science, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed teaching, and specialized disciplines including Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, meditation, and more. You’ll learn how to create accessible, safe, and transformative experiences that honor the whole person.

Rooted in both yoga philosophy and biblical study, this embodied spiritual formation program integrates contemplative practice, compassionate leadership, and whole-person healing.
