We want to make it accessible for all by offering free live Zoom classes; however, we hope you join the Living Soul Community and find out how we are more than just the yoga!

  • Wednesdays Soul Flow 45 at 9am MDT (8am PDT, 10am CDT, 11am EDT)

  • Rotating schedule of teachers & practice styles

  • If you cannot attend live, we record & store all of our practices in our subscription-based OnDemand Library
